By downloading, installing, or using the Storely mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App or services.

2. Description of Service

Storely is a business management platform that provides tools for inventory management, order processing, customer management, and business analytics. Our services are designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials

All activities that occur under your account

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Keeping your account information current and accurate

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security

Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Share account credentials with unauthorized users

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

6. Payment Terms

Payment processing is handled through Stripe and Apple/Google In-App Purchases:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of your business data. We provide tools to export your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Storely app and services are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services according to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our software or content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

You may cancel your subscription at any time

We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

Service continues until the end of the current billing period

You may request data export for 30 days after termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
